Il progetto, co-finanziato dal P.O.R. Campania 2000-2006 (Misura 6.4 “Promozione dello sviluppo della società dell’informazione, dell’imprenditorialità e dell’internazionalizzazione”), è nato dalla necessità di soddisfare i fabbisogni linguistico-formativi di giovani diplomati o laureati, studenti universitari e non, occupati o in cerca di prima occupazione, di età non superiore ai venticinque anni, impegnati a potenziare la conoscenza della lingua inglese. L’obiettivo è quello di adeguare le proprie competenze ai parametri professionali richiesti dal “modello europeo di società” e di soddisfare la crescente domanda di figure professionali specializzate nell’implementazione e nella gestione del sistema economico e sociale regionale delle alte tecnologie e dell’internazionalizzazione delle imprese. Il corso è finalizzato inoltre al raggiungimento di standard linguistici B1 e B2 del Common European Framework of Reference e offre l’opportunità di conseguire una certificazione linguistica internazionale (Trinity College London).

The Project’s education program aims to train professionals expert in communication in English by using new technologies in “new economy” fields such as e-business, e-commerce, e-banking, as well as professionals to support enterprises’ internationalisation policies, to update skills and to promote a practical kind of know-how which merges knowledge and skills; in other words, it is an educational programme which develops professional skills, consistent with EU objectives regarding the availability of effective answers to the questions posed by the labour market.
