sintesi italiano

sintesi inglese

This project is addressed to those students attending the 4th class at our school and it aims at encouraging the cooperation between school and enterprise, in the field of vocational training, in a wider context like the European one. This project is addressed to those students with special educational needs, who are engaged in the field of catering: students with different learning styles, different language levels, with learning problems, etc. So, it includes a wide range of activities aiming at satisfying every student’s needs, giving them all the necessary knowledge to be and to become good European Citizens. This project has the purpose to promote, through an intercultural exchange with Romania, the rediscovery of our gastronomic and cultural heritage, to exploit and promote it through the professional experience and practice, in the partner Country. The micro-language learning of a specific sector gains particular importance, by means of school Italian and Romanian language courses and by training periods at restaurants and hotels which interact with the school, thus allowing the students to strengthen their knowledge of a foreign language in real contexts, which is both an integrated language and content learning; furthermore, the micro- anguage learning let them reach a better social cohesion and intercultural dialogue, by arising awareness towards other cultures and tourist realities.
