sintesi italiano

sintesi inglese

Stringher’s students are 1.700 and 12 % of them belong to 36 different ethnic groups, therefore new intervention complexities have been necessary along the time and they require new and active project strategies, with new didactical and educational models. International migrations constitute a new collective identity and a new feeling of belonging of the European nations. The school feels to be called to watch and take care of this social status and to walk along the route of research and innovation, also with a particular care to alternation between school and work. The institute organize for the students periods of work experience in order to make them join targeted reception and formation activities abroad, even outside the European Community, in countries where the high social uneasiness is focusing the world’s attention: Mozambique, the Philippines, Argentina, China, India. In these regions the languages used for communicating are the ones used inside the European Union and, if the awareness we are educating the students to is high, strong is their desire to learn them and to master them in order to create the basis for a mutual comprehension and to maintain it, getting inside it. Together with private sponsors, ONLUS associations and public institutions, the school contribute with the students to a change in the right direction, to walk a step forward, having in mind a goal: improving ourselves and the others in a common project of life. As an example, one of the projects is here below illustrated, the “ Mozambique”. It involves two sectors: an educational exchange project with a school and the institution of a reception and professional study center. The European languages interested in this case are: French, Portuguese, English, Italian and Friulian.
