Il progetto ha permesso la realizzazione di un tirocinio/scambio di 1 o 2 settimane per 32 insegnanti dell’ITAS GALILEO GALILEI di Jesi (AN). Il tirocinio/scambio è stato realizzato presso alcune istituzioni partner. I partecipanti, che insegnano in una scuola tecnica in una cittadina della provincia di Ancona, hanno bisogno di migliorare le proprie competenze professionali - linguistiche e di aggiornarsi sulle nuove metodologie innovative nel campo della formazione professionale per essere in grado di svolgere il loro ruolo nella scuola europea che evolve continuamente. La rilevanza del progetto per lo sviluppo professionale e personale dei partecipanti è la possibilità che è stata data ai docenti dell’ITAS GALILEO GALILEI di partecipare ad una esperienza di mobilità, con tutte le misure d’accompagnamento necessarie per migliorare le proprie competenze imprescindibili per il successo del loro lavoro nella società della conoscenza. Gli obiettivi del progetto “CHATEUR” sono in linea con gli obiettivi comunitari definiti nel quadro politico di riferimento (Copenaghen, Lisbona, Maastricht 2004 ed Helsinki 2006) per rafforzare l’attrattiva, la qualità e l’efficacia dei sistemi di istruzione e formazione professionale, i sistemi d’informazione e di orientamento nonché rafforzare la dimensione europea della scuola. Inoltre è stato rafforzato l’apprendimento reciproco, la cooperazione e lo scambio di esperienze e di “know how” per sviluppare innovazione e qualità nelle prassi formative a livello nazionale e comunitario. Essendo la mobilità fondamentale per raggiungere gli obiettivi stabiliti nel processo di Copenaghen, uno degli obiettivi del progetto è stato di dare un’opportunità di mobilità ai docenti dell’ITAS GALILEI attraverso una borsa Leonardo da Vinci. Questo per riflettere sul processo d’insegnamento/apprendimento, attraverso pedagogia, innovazione, ricerca e la dimensione sociale e culturale dell’educazione mediante il confronto con altri sistemi educativi ed altre lingue europee. I partecipanti realizzeranno la disseminazione dei risultati ottenuti e si svolgerà attività di orientamento nei contesti scolastici e sociali del territorio. Il periodo di 1 o 2 settimane è sufficiente per approfondire le conoscenze della nuova realtà, per sviluppare nuove competenze, migliorare le competenze linguistiche e non si interrompe troppo a lungo l’attività nell’istituto di provenienza.

The project has given the opportunity during 1 or 2 weeks, at 32 teachers of the ITAS GALILEO GALILEI Jesi (AN) for a workplacement/exchange. The workplacement/exchange has been done in some partner institutions. The needs of the participants, that are teaching in a little town in Ancona, are to improve the professionals and linguistic skills and to be trained in the innovative methodologies in vocational education; all these permit to work in European schools that are evolving continuously. The relevance of the project for the professional and personal development of teachers of the ITAS GALILEO GALILEI is the possibility to take part in a mobility action, with all the accompanying measures needed to improve the necessary skills to work successfully in the knowledge society. The aims of the “Chateur” project are based on the political European Framework (Copenaghen, Lisbon, Maastricht 2004 ed Helsinki 2006) to reinforce the interest, quality and effectiveness of Vocational Education, the information and vocational guidance as well as improving the European Dimension in education. Moreover it has been improved the reciprocal learning, the cooperation and exchange of experiences and “know how” to develop quality and innovation in education at local and European level. Mobility is a fundamental action to achieve the aims of the Copenhagen process, one aim of the project was to give an opportunity of mobility to teachers with a Leonardo da Vinci grant. All this to think about the teaching/learning process through pedagogy, innovation, research and social and cultural dimension of education by comparing with other educational systems and languages. The participants are going to be involved in the dissemination of results and in vocational guidance at schools and at local level. The period of 1 or 2 weeks is enough to know deeply the new context, to develop new skills, to improve the foreign language and in this way there isn’t a big standstill of the school activities.
