sintesi italiano

4) Viaggio Studio in Germania. Strumenti utilizzati: cd-rom, dvd, siti web, lezioni in Intranet, laboratorio, strumenti video/audio, riviste specializzate.

sintesi inglese

LIN Project synthesizes a training activity targeted to give value to the linguistic cultural diffusion within our entrepreneurial reality by transferring it beyond the limits of our geographic areas. It includes a series of continuous smaller strongly innovative projects proposed to the whole 300 employees of the Group and with reference area of business people, PM/PE, technicians and service operators. Why Networking? And why of course International? Together with the important function carried out by the Linguistic Laboratory in the next future as a multimedia room for videoconferences, network meetings, intercultural exchange with numerous Universities and European Research Centres, foreign language didactic material exchange among the different Universities and schools, the LIN Project includes the following languages: English, German, Spanish, French and now Portuguese. The Project has the aim of offering an alternative training proposal respect to the traditional lesson with new mixed and efficient methodologies, satisfying the people linguistic needs so that the business may enjoy the best benefits and the Group be constantly in the market at a world level. This can be done by promoting the linguistic learning as the maximum cultural expression, transferring this project to other realities in the network, facilitating the cultural exchanges without any differences of age, social or ethnic origin, offering the people the possibility to professionally grow inside the company. LIN is able to gather different multicultural realities making of the culture mixture our own know-how, the essence of the training proposal; there is a constant attention paid to the European and world background and the linguistic training is extremely varied in all its aspects and instruments used. Even if the context is mainly the company, LIN can be widespread and transferred to every other Italian and European reality. We are already in network with numerous European Universities, Schools and companies and we have already seen the first results of this strong and constant cultural exchange. The LIN Project includes: a) USA USC Project where thanks to a precious form of collaboration with the Moore School of Business and the students of the Master in International Business Administration, it is possible to host a student who, for 4 months, spends a period of internship by our company teaching the English language with CLIL methodology and exchanging all the necessary material including the multimedia one with which to carry out traditional and Laboratory lessons. b) “Loccioni auf Deutsch” Project is targeted to the German language base skills teaching and to the improvement of the linguistic skills acquired. This training proposal is divided into 5 main steps: 1) Mother tongue German teacher training by the Linguistic Training Manager of the Group (the teacher works in the group as an employee) 2) Base program preparation as preliminary to the courses in Germany 3) Participants training lesson as preparation to the course abroad 4) German course in Germany. The manager will activate a collaboration/exchange with the Collegium Platinum of Heidelberg where, together with the exchange didactic material, the two centres move within a multimedia interactive network where foreign (coming from all over Europe and living at the moment in Germany to study German) and Italian students communicate in German and participate to cultural events in Italy and in Germany mutually hosted. 5) Non stop follow-up in the company when they come back C) Business Class Project for the Spanish linguistic training where it is possible to carry out by the customer, where installations are performed, a full immersion course in the morning at school with a tutor following them even in the afternoon during the working activity trying to correct them, stimulate and motivate them all the time. Methodologies used: role plays, phone calls, chuchotage, CLIL, conference calls among Universities, collaborative writing, remote learning. Instruments used: cd-rom, dvd, web sites, lessons in the Intranet, laboratory, video/audio instruments, specialized magazines.
