La proposta progettuale è stata motivata dall’inserimento del francese quale seconda lingua obbligatoria del corso di studi frequentato dagli alunni. I partecipanti hanno svolto attività di stage per una durata di 21 giorni presso aziende del settore turistico-alberghiero a Liegi e Parigi ognuno nel proprio settore di appartenenza: sala bar, cucina e servizi di segreteria e ricevimento. Con lo stage ci si è proposti di raggiungere i seguenti obiettivi: - arricchire le conoscenze culturali utilizzando come strumento la cultura gastronomica; - dare informazioni sul mondo del lavoro; - favorire comportamenti autonomi in ambito lavorativo. Lo sviluppo I partecipanti si sono misurati in ambienti di lavoro diversi dal proprio e hanno messo in atto strategie opportune per far fronte a situazioni nuove. Prima della partenza i tirocinanti hanno seguito un corso di preparazione pedagogico-linguistico-culturale seguito anche nei paesi ospitanti. Essi si sono impegnati ad osservare gli accordi stabiliti per lo stage e a rispettare il regolamento dell’organismo di accoglienza, gli orari di lavoro, gli atteggiamenti di buona condotta e di discrezione professionale. La ricaduta La valutazione dell’intera attività è stata comprovata da diversi certificati: - certificazione rilasciata dall’istituto ospitante; - certificazione attestante la preparazione linguistica; - certificazione rilasciata dalle aziende di stage; - certificazione Europass-Mobility. L’organismo d’invio, relativamente alla disseminazione delle attività ha provveduto a: indire conferenze all’intera comunità, effettuare un’attività di divulgazione nelle classi del triennio; organizzare un tavolo di lavoro aperto ai rappresentanti istituzionali, ai fruitori del progetto e alle famiglie.

This project proposal has been motivated by the introduction of the French language as a compulsory L2 of the studies followed by the students. The participants have carried out training activities for a 21 day period in hospitality sector firms in Liegi and Paris, each of them in its own field, bar, cooking and secretarial and reception services. The training program aims at achieving the following goals: - enrich the cultural knowledge through culinary culture; - provid information on the labour market; - develop autonomy of behavior in a working context. Participants have acted in working contexts which are different from theirs and adopted appropriate strategies in order to face completely new situations. Participants, before leaving, have attended a linguistic-pedagogical and cultural course also attended in the host countries. They have agreed to observe the training agreements and to adhere the host organization regulation, working hours, line of good conduct and professional discretion. The evaluation of the activities has been proved by various certificates: - certification issued by the host institute; - Europass-Mobility certification. Our school, as to the dissemination of all the activities, has proceeded to give lectures to the whole community, to divulge in the 3rd fourth and 5th classes. It has also been organized a work-table open to representatives of institutions, to the addresses of the project and to families.
