Il titolo completo del progetto del Centro di Formazione Italtel, è “Una lingua straniera per cooperare, innovare e competere”, definizione che si riferisce alle attività di base di un’impresa. L’obiettivo principale è quello di ristrutturare il corso per l’apprendimento delle lingue in relazione alle reali esigenze di differenti settori di attività; nel processo di internazionalizzazione dell’Italtel, gli impiegati devono comunicare con altri paesi sia a livello tecnico che commerciale.

It is a continuous training activity aimed at the internal enterprise personnel. The target languages are English, Spanish and German, with a special attention to the sector of communications and telecommunications. The personnel involved consist of employees who are more exposed to international contacts, both with partners and with a wide public. The methodology adopted and the material introduced in the e-learning are particularly advanced and are very effective both from the point of view of the competences transmitted and from the point of view of the variety and attractiveness of the modules offered.
