sintesi italiano

sintesi inglese

The project, addressed above all to women in search of employment, is aimed at the creation of a new professional figure, the “Expert in Enterprise Linguistics”, with central competences in the Italian enterprises strongly oriented to the international market. The result of the analysis conducted on the territory evidenced the need not only of language knowledge, but also of communication technologies knowledge and theoretical-practical skills, connected above all to the export sector. The classroom training, through exercises, operational simulations, case studies and case histories, was accompanied by project works for assessing students’ abilities in working in team and for testing information and computer instruments. The training activity was concluded with an enterprise apprenticeship period, giving thus concretely participants the possibility to actually apply what they learnt. The Institute’s policy has always been oriented to prioritarily search companies which, having shown their interest in hosting the course-attenders for the training period, intend to hire them after their apprenticeship. Thus, a concrete realization of the project in this direction is envisaged.
