sintesi italiano

sintesi inglese

The project is the result of a careful analysis of the vocational need in the territory of Siracusa. It is addressed to disabled young people coming from the Secondary Education System who are interested, also and above all, in Telework. The programme, which includes also the use of multimedia and telematic technologies and enterprise apprenticeship periods, is articulated into three phases: • Phase 1: identification of the territorial linguistic needs, introduction of the project, orientation, information and participants’ selection. • Phase 2: training activity mainly focused on Linguistic Knowledge. • Phase 3: didactic programme divided into 3 modules (1. European Community, Enterprise, Employment; 2. Didactic Programme and Economical-Commercial Lexicon; 3 Project Autonomous Activities). The project led to a better integration among education, training, research and employment in a quite realistic framework of the enterprise typologies on the territory. Other important results consisted in awakening and promoting handicapped people’s competences and learning foreign languages outside the school environment.
