sintesi italiano

sintesi inglese

The project is focused on an English Language Course addresses to operators in the fields of tourism, farm holidays - much developed in Tuscany - handicraft and typical products, extending even to the spas present on the territory. It is addressed above all to the women who wish to be reincluded in the work market, through the initiative entitled “retravailler”. This is a very important aspect considered the demand and need to extend the work carrier, through lifelong learning, furthermore in this sector strictly linked to the territory’s economy. An active didactic methodology was used. It was based on case-simulations; work on specific subjects concerning the reality in which women will operate, also through researches and collection of material derived from personal operational contexts. The final result was a common product built with the sector’s microlanguage. The effects of the project’s results confirmed the expectations, giving many women who too part in the courses the opportunity to work. Moreover, they asked to repeat the initiative in a longer period of time in order to allow its further deepening.
